This is our most popular service, suitable for SSDs, Hard Drives, PCs, Macs, and External Drives. Get professional recovery from the most common causes of data-loss. We are proudly independent and carry out all work in-house. Usual turnaround in one to two weeks.

Cleanroom & Advanced SSD Diagnosis & Repair

£149 – Only if required. We’ll let you know if this is needed after our initial assessment. If your drive is not recoverable in the Standard service, we may have other more advanced options. If necessary we will replace damaged heads, and properly align & configure replacement parts.

Huge Drive Surcharge

£49 – Added to the recovery fee for Hard Drives 5TB+, and SSDs 2TB+.

Replacement Storage Advice

You can buy external hard drives from Amazon or any online store and have them shipped directly to us. You then benefit from the buyer protection, warranties, and simple returns they offer. Don’t forget to include your job number or name on the delivery so we know who the disk is for!

We don’t have a favourite make, however you should go for something branded. Online sites are full of fake or dangerous unbranded products, or products branded with made up names (usually far too cheap to be genuine). Look for drives made by Toshiba, Western Digital (WD), LaCie, Seagate, Crucial, SanDisk, or ask us if you’d like more info.
